Orange Heights, Pasadena CA
In 1995 the Orange Heights Barnhart Tracts Historic District was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It is one of the areas that has remained much as it did when it was first developed in the early 1900s. The homes here feature beautiful architecture, terraced yards and mountain views.
At one time this area was called "Pill Hill" because of the many physicians that lived here. Orange Heights has been home to many prominent Pasadena citizens.
Orange Heights is in the northeast area of Pasadena and is roughly bordered by Los Robles Avenue, Jackson Street, El Molino Avenue and Mountain Blvd. Call me (213)304-1323 to see what's available in this unique area. |
