Garfield Heights, Pasadena CA

Garfield Heights is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Pasadena.  Most homes were built from 1890 through the 1920s.  Craftsman bungalows, Queen Anne, Spanish Colonial Revival, and Tudor Revival style homes are just some of the architectural styles in this turn of the century neighborhood.  Charming and historical, this neighborhood has lots to offer.

Garfield Heights is bordered by N. Los Robles Avenue, W. Washington Blvd., N. Marengo Avenue and W. Mountain Avenue.  It is defined by mainly single family homes, some 2-4 unit historic apartments, and a few estate sized properties.  Many homes are prime examples of turn of the century wood framed homes with river rock retaining walls and porch foundations.  Most of the homes have good sized lots.
