Eagle Rock, CA

Yes, there really is an "Eagle Rock".  In the northeast corner of Eagle Rock sits a large granite formation.  At certain times of day you can see the wings of a flying eagle shadowed at the center of the rock.  At other times the rock itself appears to be the head of an eagle.

Long known as a quiet community nestled between Glendale and Pasadena, Eagle Rock has drawn artists, writers and people looking for a neighborhood with a bohemian flair.  Eagle Rock offers coffee shops, an active cultural center, minutes to downtown, Old Town Pasadena and the Rose Bowl, easy freeway access, and a real sense of community.
