Chapman Woods, Pasadena CA

 

Chapman Woods is located in the south east area of Pasadena.  A nice, quiet neighborhood with medium to larger homes and good sized lots, it's the desired area for many families.  There is a mixture of architechtural styles in the neighborhood, ranging from Spanish to Traditional to Bungalows.

 

Chapman Woods is minutes away from the Rosemead shopping area, the Gold Line Station and beautiful Arcadia, as well as nearby downtown Pasadena.  Mostly traditional homes and a family atmosphere makes this a great neighborhood destination.
